We had an AirBnB in the area for our trip to NYC, and we stopped by. Great food and extremely friendly service. It definitely felt warm and cozy, and it seemed like many locals frequented the place. The food was really great too; large portions for a good price. Nothing super fancy, but its a great place to get a hearty breakfast that tastes like Mom's cooking!

I order alot from Ciboa I really love the half baked chicken and the white rice with red beans always cooked to perfection and the delivery men that come to my place are always polite and friendly. Ciboa is my favorite spot to order from in Bayonne. Every now and then I do go into the restaurant itself and always enjoy when I go into the restaurant as well. There are times where I have gone into the restaurant in the past for breakfast early in the morning because they open at 7a.m. and have ordered the turkey breakfast sandwich for me since I am an early riser I like when restaurants are open early in the morning for breakfast and I have also tried the tostones in the past anything I have eaten from Cibao has always been very good that is why I love to order from them and are my favorite food spot in Bayonne because the food is just so delicious. I have also gotten my sister hooked on Cibao food as when she comes to Bayonne to visit me I order food for both her and myself. I wish I had taken pictures of the food but my apologies for not having done so however both my sister and I love the food we always get from Cibao

The only place this food would be more authentic would be in my mom’s kitchen. Cibao Invita has the best Dominican food I’ve found so far. The dishes are big and they variety is amazingly large. Whatever you don’t see out they will make it for you. Been coming here weekly for the past 3 or 4 months and I’m never disappointed.
